All conventional machines necessary for model building are available, from double sided grinders to band saws and a universal milling machine.

5-axis milling machine for modelling

• Double-column construction for high rigidity and dimensional accuracy
• Work area 6000 x 3500 x 1500 mm for milling of a vehicle body shell on 1:1 scale
• Up to five simultaneously controlled axes allow almost any shape to be machined
• High frequency milling spindle for use with all materials used in model building 
• Directly connected to Tebis workstations for fast programming

3D measuring machine

• For measuring and marking models and moulds
• Measuring plate surface 7000 x 4000 mm
• 3D scanning unit and CALYPSO measuring software enabling direct comparison between the model and the CAD model

Optical scanning system

• Surface scanning of any kind of component
• Direct data transfer to CAD system
• Creation of milling program for 5-axis milling machine
